Digital products (one-time purchases)
Every digital product is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no hassle. After 14 days, digital download sales are final.

Subscriptions
Subscription terms in this section apply only to STARWORLD Sports Intelligence and the JOJO Intelligence Pass. All other products are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Renewal payments are non-refundable once the new issue or period has been delivered.

Custom printed products
If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you — your choice.

How to request a refund
Reply to your order confirmation email or write to mjojoworldaiops@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
